1. Project Name - Parking Lot Sealing and Restriping ALTESS 2. Type of Acquisition: This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. 3. Magnitude of Project: Magnitude is between $30,000 to $50,000. 4. Instructions: The contractor shall complete as part of its offer (1) Section A, Solicitation Contract Form. (2) Section B, complete pricing information, (3) Section M, Technical Volume. 5. Refer to SOW (attached) 6. Offeror should carefully read Section L, Instructions to Offerors 7. Site visit: July 1st, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST.
