6/17/2025 Update: This update provides Amendment 3 of the solicitation. This amendment provides answers for additional questions received. The ""Attachment 7 - Question and Answer Matrix"" included with Amendment 3 contains both the new questions and answers (questions 102 through 121, respectively) as well as questions and answers provided alongside Amendments 1 and 2. The package for Amendment 3 has been updated to include an executed copy of the amendment document. Note that amendments have both a PDF file with the digital signature but retain an unsigned copy of the amendment document in Microsoft Word format to aid in accessibility. Another amendment will be published with the remainder of questions and answers, as well as updated pricing templates. ***************************************************** 5/29/2025 Update: This update provides Amendment 2 of the solicitation. This amendment provides answers for an additional two questions received. The ""Attachment 7 - Question and Answer Matrix"" included with Amendment 2 contains both the new questions and answers (questions 100 and 101, respectively) as well as questions and answers provided alongside Amendment 1. No changes have been made to previously released questions and answers. Further, the package for Amendment 1 has been updated to include an executed copy of the amendment document. No other changes have been made to any contents of the Amendment 1 package. Note that amendments have both a PDF file with the digital signature but retain an unsigned copy of the amendment document in Microsoft Word format to aid in accessibility. ***************************************************** 5/23/2025 Update: The purpose of this update is to provide an amendment to the solicitation. The purpose of this amendment is to revise documents according to the various questions received and their answers. The questions and answers are posted alongside the amendment. The amendment and updated attachments are collected in a zip file under Attachments. Attachments included in the amendment folder supersede any original attachment. ***************************************************** 5/15/2025 Update: The Deadline for submission of complete Phase I proposals is extended by one week. As a result, NSF must receive an offeror�s complete Phase I proposal no later than 4:00 pm (ET) on May 30, 2025. NSF will issue a formal amendment next week, memorializing this change and providing responses to questions regarding Phase I of this solicitation. ***************************************************** 5/12/2025, 3:35 PM Eastern update: One question has been received and answered in the 2025.05.12 update Att 7 Answers Document. Reminder: The question deadline for Phase I of 1600 ET on May 14, 2025 remains unchanged. ***************************************************** The National Science Foundation (NSF) is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for securing services fulfilling the Antarctic Science and Engineering Support Contract. This IDIQ is intended to be a single award. The ordering period is anticipated to be twenty years from the date of award. Work is anticipated to take place in various locations which include, but are not limited to, Continental United States contractor locations, New Zealand, and Antarctica. The RFP will be subject to unrestricted full-and-open competition. All costs associated with responding to this release will be solely at the interested party's expense and any information provided under this release is purely voluntary. Not responding to this release does not preclude participation in any future competition or participation in future subcontract opportunities which may aarise with NSF. NSF expects to release any future information regarding this release at the Federal Point of Entry, www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to solicitation. NSF also reserves all rights to amend this solicitation throughout the response period.
