Amendment One (001) is issued to provide an extension through Friday June 20, 2025. THIS SOLICITATION IS RESTRICTED TO NATIVE AMERICAN FIRMS ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ""THE BUY INDIAN ACT"" - 25 USC. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517111 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers The Bemidji Area Indian Health Service is seeking to purchase Hosted VOIP and Voicemail system. All interested companies shall provide RFP for the attachment.
