Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Fixed-Price, Brand Name Only, National Instruments (NI)/Emerson Labview Software and associated equipment, required to develop and maintain testbeds for the NEXCOM V3 Program and RCE Program. BRAND NAME ONLY JUSTIFICATION: This acquisition is being conducted under AMS T3.2.2.8A5(b) Brand Name Mandatory.This solicitation is open to authorized NI resellers only. The following items are required: NI/PXI System and Equipment - Configuration ID PX6812243 LabVIEW Standard Service Program/940006-01 - Product Serial Number M80X83717 LabVIEW Standard Service Program/940006-01 - Product Serial Number M80X83713 LabVIEW Standard Service Program/940006-01 - Product Serial Number M80X40781 LabVIEW Standard Service Program/940006-01 - Product Serial Number M80X83712 Delivery Terms are 30 Days ARO This procurement is in accordance with the FAA Commercial Terms and Conditions (see attached draft Purchase Order). All responses to this solicitation shall be in accordaance with these terms. Quotes inclusive of other terms and conditions or deviations from the terms and conditions stated herein or in the attached draft Purchase Order may be rejected.
