Description

This acquisition is for Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology (JSLIST) In accordance with DFARS 205.301(a)(i)(B), since this acquisition is for chemical warfare protective clothing, the exception at DFARS 225.7002-2(n) applies to this acquisition, because the contracting officer has determined that this acquisition of chemical warfare protective clothing furthers an agreement with a qualifying country identified in DFARS 225.872. This is a Letter Contract. The contract award data is as follows: Letter Contract SPE1C1-24-D-N012 (solicitation SPE1C1-23-R-0093) was awarded to Ready One Industries, 1414 Ability One Drive, El Paso, Texas 79936-6415 with a minimum quantity of 132,000 pieces and a maximum quantity of 528,000 pieces with a total maximum ceiling value of $193,746,960.00 with the following Delivery Orders: 03 October 2024 SPE1C1-25-F-0049 Qty: 132,000 pieces with a total value of $34,690,687.06 29 November 2024 SPE1C1-25-F-0816 Qty: 8,250 pieces with a total value of $2,125,517.80 20 February 2025 SPE1C1-25-F-2422 Qty: 15,000 pieces with a total value of $3,880,131.48 27 May 2025 SPE1C125-F-3740 Qty: 33,000 pieces with a total value of $8,423,593.37 Contracting officer: Patricia Martin, DLATS-FQBC, 445-737-5976, Patricia.A.Martin@dla.mil.
