Description
United States Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for MH-60T Organizational-Level maintenance. Air Station Kodiak is seeking capability statements and product literature from all interested parties, including Small and Large Businesses, for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 488190 Other Support Activities for Air Transportation, with a small business size standard of $40M per annum. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in the SAM website (www.SAM.gov). It is the potential offeror�s responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. USCG Air Station Kodiak is requesting information for year-round, on-site contractor performance for this requirement. USCG MH-60T Organizational-level maintenance includes both the Department of Defense (DoD) levels described as organizational and intermediate. This normally consists of inspecting, servicing, lubricating, adjusting, and replacing components, minor assemblies, and subassemblies. It also consists of calibrating, repairing, or replacing damaged or unserviceable parts, components, and assemblies; modifying material, emergency manufacturing of unavailable parts; and developing/providing internal technical assistance. Qualifications: Completion of USCG AMT or AET �A� school and former rated petty officer as an AMT or AET (or equivalent); experience working on MH-60T helicopters. Preferred additional qualifications: Held Quality Assurance Inspector competencies in the MH-60T with a record of holding aircraft maintenance release authority. Must be familiar with: Coast Guard Asset Logistics Management Information System (ALMIS), Electronic Asset Logbook (EAL), Aviation � Technical Information Publications (A-TIP), Coast Guard Technical Orders (CGTO�s) and repair manuals, Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPC�s) and associated maintenance instructions. Additional information: All work will be completed on site Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak. There are no requirements for contractor to travel offsite to conduct maintenance. Aircraft maintenance beyond that designated as Organizational-level, known as Depot-level maintenance or Program Depot maintenance (PDM), is performed at the Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, NC, and will not be a required maintenance function of the contractor. Interested offerors having the required capabilities or products for consideration should submit a capability statement that describes their abilities and supporting product literature. The capability statement and product literature should not exceed 10 pages in length. Please submit the capability statement electronically, via e-mail, to the primary Point of Contact (POC) listed below. To facilitate a prompt review, a one-page summary shall be included with your capability statement. This summary should include the following information: (1) Your company�s name, address, and telephone number; (2) Average annual revenues for the past 3 years and total number of employees; (3) Number of years in business; (4) Company�s Government size standard for this NAICS Code; (5) To the extent applicable or known, any affiliate information, including: parent company, joint venture partners, and potential teaming partners (identifying anticipated prime and subcontractor roles); (6) Applicable NAICS Code(s); (7) UEI and CAGE Code: and (8) Your company point of contact, including name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. This request for information is for information and planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. All responses shall be submitted electronically (via email) to the primary Point of Contact no later than 17 Jun 2025, at 1:00 p.m., Alaska time.
