- **Updated 13 May 25: The solicitation has been reactivated and Amendment 3 posted. *Due to the Government having to rework some of the documentation for this solicitation, we are temporarily inactivating this opportunity. Please ensure you are monitoring SAM.gov as we anticipate getting an amendment and revised documents out the week of 12 May 2025. Proposals will not be accepted at this time; an updated proposal due date will be added with the amendment. Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) handling the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo through the Pacific Northwest (PNW) Ports of Tacoma, Everett, Olympia, Grays Harbor, Washington and Port of Portland, Oregon. These five strategic Northwestern seaports are located where the Pacific Ocean meets the mouth of the Puget Sound River and the Port of Portland, Oregon. All tasks shall be completed per requirements stated throughout this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with �Safety, Efficiency, and Customer Service in Mind�.
