- THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR INVITATION FOR OFFERORS TO SUBMIT BIDS. This is a small business, sources sought notice for market reserach purposes only. The Federal Bureau of Prisons anticipates a solicitation for the provision of purchase and delivery of ONE, Energy package with Energy Kit plus the burner, Place of delivery will be The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) - Tucson, SPC Tucson, 9300 South Wilmot Road, Tucson, AZ 85756. Supply vendor must comply with all applicable Federal, Stae and Local building codes and regulations. All equipment must be equal or better product. If equal or better all technical specifications will have to be provided for review and approval. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332913-Plumbing Fixture Fitting and Trim Manufacturing with a corresponding small business standard of 1,000 employees. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Contract Opportunity website at https://www.sam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available.
