- The purpose of Amendment 02 is to include Attachment 5 RFI Questions and Answers (Q&A). The purpose of Amendment 01 is to extend the bid due date to 14 May 25 @ 12 PM PST. The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base intends to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract with one contractor to provide all three Suicide Prevention, Sexual Assault, & Domestic Violence Awareness Training in accordane with Attachment 01 Statement of Work. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. Please see the following documents pertaining to this opportunity: The Combo RFQ Attachment 1 - Statement of Work - 29 Apr 2025 Attachment 2 - Contractor Responsibility Verification - Apr 25 � OFFERORS: fill out and return with your quote Attachment 3 - Wage Determination Solano County 15-5655 Attachment 4 - Travis Air Force Base Security Requirements September 2024 Attachment 5 - RFI Questions & Answers v3 (Amendment 02) Any requests for information (RFIs) to the government on this requirement or solicitation must be submitted no later than 8 May 25 @ 12:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time. This time requirement is separate from the 14 May 25/12 PM PST bid due date.
