- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for HVAC System and Boilers prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, parts, permits, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management to perform the design, fabrication and installation of a complete HVAC System within the existing Operations Support Squadron Building located inside the new Secure Compartmentalized Information Space (SCIF) located at Building 1217, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762. Also, the contractor shall demolish and replace two boilers, four pumps, valves, piping, thermometers, and gauges located at Building 3252, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762. The Contractor shall disconnect and reconnect gas, electric, and controls. See the attached Request for Quote and Statement of Work. A site visit will be held on 21 May 2025 at 09:00 AM EST. Submission Due Date. The offeror must ensure its quote, in its entirety, reaches the required destination before the date and time set for closing of the solicitation. The submission due date for this solicitation is 6 Jun 2025 at 4:00 PM (EST).
