Description: The U.S. Consulate General in Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to WW. GRAINGER, INC., for diagnostic test equipment and tools for the Building Automation System maintenance, approved by OBO/FAC/AMT log. Given the unusual and compelling urgency of the request, and the vendor�s past performance, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government�s best interest to sole source this requirement.
