The Embassy of the United States in Uzbekistan will launch the solicitation on the https://uz.usembassy.gov/embassy/tashkent/procurement-and-contracting/ website when it is available. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver diesel fuel (Euro-5) to the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, located at 3 Moyqorghon Street, in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth herein. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The government plans to issue the solicitation on or about May 20, 2025. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 4.1102(a), offerors and quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted (accessed through www.sam.gov). Again, this solicitation will be issued via this website - no paper copies will be mailed. The government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Electronic Submission/Responses: Electronic offers will be accepted. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database (https://www.sam.gov). Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
