Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Edinburg Delineated Area: North Boundary: From the intersection of Bentsen Rd. and University Dr. (TX State Highway 107), traveling east on University Dr., continuing east on University Dr. to the intersection of University Dr. and Interstate 69C. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of University Dr. and Interstate 69C (U.S. Highway 281), traveling south on Interstate 69C to the intersection of U.S. Highway 281 and Ridge Rd. Southern Boundary: From the intersection of U.S. Highway 281 and Ridge Rd., traveling west on Ridge Rd., continuing west on Ridge Rd., continuing west on Ridge Rd. (later equivalent to Colbath Ave.) to the intersection of Colbath Ave. and Bentsen Rd. Western Boundary: From the intersection of Colbath Ave. and Bentsen Rd., traveling north on Bentsen Rd. to the intersection of the intersection of Bentsen Rd. and University Dr. (TX State Highway 107). Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,211 Maximum Sq. Ft. No-Go: Cannot be within 5 miles of a: Bar Adult entertainment Mental health Substance abuse facility. Cannot be with an agency that processes or an intake center for immigrants. Administrative offices are ok though. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
