- Description
- The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the U.S Consulate General, Frankfurt, Germany provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, U.S. CONSULATE GENERAL HONG KONG The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Requirements Type Contract to start in the third quarter of fiscal year 2025. The successful Contractor shall provide corporate travel services for official domestic and international travel of Government travelers including employees and their dependents. The corporate travel services that the Contractor shall provide include travel reservations and issuance of tickets for air, rail, and ferry; reservations for lodging accommodations; commercial automobile rental services; detailed travelers' itineraries. The Contractor shall provide travel management services within China and travel outside China, including travel within the U.S and other countries and shall operate out of a facility located in China. The contract�s period of performance shall begin on July 1st, 2025 and last 12 months, with four additional option year periods. The solicitation package/documents shall be placed on SAM.gov in fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this notice. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. All requirements for translations will be at the expense of the Contractor. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform the services in China Please note that the Unique Identifier Number and System for Award Management (SAM) registration are mandatory requirements for all companies to be considered for a contract award. Offerors may obtain a Unique Identifier Number and information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at System for Award Management: www.sam.gov. The failure to provide the above documentation when submitting your proposal may result in your proposal being found unacceptable and removed from the competition without further discussions. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America. This requirement is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
