The Embassy of the United States in Uzbekistan will launch the solicitation on the https://uz.usembassy.gov/embassy/tashkent/procurement-and-contracting/ website when it is available. The American Embassy in Tashkent requires preventive maintenance services for Chiller System. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, as well as all transportation, equipment, tools, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, and component replacement as required to maintain the systems in accordance with the work statement. The offeror must be an authorized service provider certified by YORK. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about May 9, 2025. Advance payments are not authorized. Pursuant the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 4.1102(a) Offerors and quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted (accessed through www.sam.gov) . Again, this solicitation will be issued via this website - no paper copies will be mailed. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Electronic offers will be accepted. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov . Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
