Description
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Oklahoma City VA Health Care System is issuing this source sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for The contractor shall furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment Remove and Replace the condensate return Skid necessary to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and periodic preventive maintenance inspections for the equipment listed below. Equipment is located at Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, 921 N.E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK, 73104. This result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a solicitation. The contractor is to Remove and Replace the condensate return Skid. Skidmore pump is in the building 1 Sub-basement, which is connected to the condensate return lines. The contractor is fully responsible for verifying and validating all information contained within this statement of work. The contractor must fully evaluate the condition of the existing structures and verify the current condition of the project site. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards MAY be made. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
