- Description
- NASA/MSFC plans to issue a Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the Consolidated Program Support Services Program Planning & Control II (CPSS PP&C II) contract. PP&C requirements include PP&C Integration; Program Analysis; Earned Value Management (EVM); Cost Estimating and Cost Analysis; Resource Data Storage and Retrieval Analysis Center; Scheduling and Scheduling Analysis; and Risk Integration and Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA). SME support includes, but is not limited to mentoring, strategic program and project planning and alternatives analysis, project review, and special studies as requested by the Government. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial product or commercial service using FAR Part 12. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541715 and 1,300 respectively. The anticipated release date of the DRFP is on or about April 24, 2025, with an anticipated RFP release date on or about June 6, 2025. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Prospective offerors are encouraged to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer.
