This market research notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 VHA Regional Procurement Office-West (RPO-W), VA CLINIC-AMARILLO VAHCS 3510 4TH ST Lubbock, TX 79415 PLACE(s) OF PERFORMANCE: VA CLINIC-AMARILLO VAHCS 3510 4TH ST Lubbock, TX 79415 Scope: Radiology Service requires 1 (one) SMART DOP XT ABI machine to perform noninvasive ankle brachial indexing of peripheral arteries for aid in diagnosing peripheral artery disease. The Lubbock VA Radiology Service has a need for one (1) SMART DOP ABI machine to perform ankle brachial indexing exams. REQUIREMENTS: SMART DOP XT -Must be DICOM compatible. -All in 1 (one) PC with Windows 10 Professional -Vascular Documentation Software with USB cable -Heavy duty hospital grade cart -On-site in-service -Two (2) year warranty VENDOR FURNISHED MATERIAL: Complete unit to include: Integrated PVR Intgrated Automatic Systolic Pressures 1-Doppler Probe 8 MHz, Choose between stabdard vascular or flat vascular 2-PG-01 PPG probes with dips 1-Smart -XT-Link Vascular Documentation software with USB cable 1-21-inch All in One PC with windows 10 Professsional 2-VC 10H Arm Cufs 2-CC 17 Thigh cuffs 6-VC 12H Ankle/Leg cuffs 2-VC 7.5H Transmet cuffs 2-UDC 1-9 Digit cuffs 1-CT-XT Heavy Duty Hopstal Grade Card 1-TP-01 Foot temperature probe Service and/or Maintenance (if required): SMART DOP XT- Support & Maintenance: -On site in-service included -Complimentary phone support available -Two (2) year warranty Delivery: The equipment, related parts, and other deliverables shall be delivered to the Lubbock VA warehouse. The Lubbock VA will transport the equipment, related parts, and other deliverables from the warehouse to the Lubbock Biomed Department staging and released to the vendor for installation. The intent of this notice is to establish sources to define the procurement strategy (e.g., set- aside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation that VA intends to post soon. Interested Contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following: If you have an existing GSA or VA, Federal Supply Schedule contract, include the contract details in your response. Please note that VA is particularly interested in determining the availability of Small Business that can provide this service. Vendors are requested to submit estimated market research pricing with their responses. The estimated pricing will be considered when determining the procurement strategy for the future solicitation. (e.g., if the CO determines that capable small businesses cannot provide fair and reasonable pricing, then the solicitation will not be set-aside). All businesses eligible to provide this service are encouraged to reply as this information may be used to determine potential set-asides for the above-noted requirement.
