Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Base Year Contract with Sustainment Technologies, LLC, an SDVOSB. This procurement is for Steris sterile processing equipment and software support. The manufacturer has one (1) authorized service provider for these proprietary services and repairs. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811210. This procurement is limited to a single source in accordance with FAR 6.302-5 and VAAR 819.7008 (DEVIATION), which allows COs to use non-competitive (sole source) procedures when awarded to an SDVOSB. The anticipated award date: 03/31/2025. This requirement is for: Department of Veterans Affairs Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center 4815 North Assembly St. Spokane, WA 99205-6185 UEI: RF8GTYHMQLL1 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining the marketplace for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
