- Description
- The USDA Forest Service (FS), Job Corps , has a requirement for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ ). The IDIQ�s will be for facilities construction and maintenance for Job Corps Center located in the following states; NE,CO,UT,SD. �The work performed may include new work, additions, alterations, or maintenance and repairs and construction of facilities, to include roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other trades. � This procurement will be solicited using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220 �Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standards of $45M. The IDIQ contracts will have a shared ceiling of $5 Million. The ordering period of the IDIQ contracts will be five (5) years from the effective date of the award or when the ceiling of $5 Million is reached, whichever comes first.
