- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY FOR PLANNING PURPOSES. ALL POTENTIAL OFFERORS SHALL REFER TO THE ATTACHMENT FOR THE DRAFT REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT. This is a request for information only as defined in FAR 15.201. The Government does not intend to award a contract from this announcement or to otherwise pay for information solicited. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Office of Enterprise Data & Analytics (OEDA) is conducting a Virtual Industry Day event on upcoming requirement for a solution to enhance the existing EEO-1 Component 1 data collection frame on Friday, 13 January 2023, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time (EST)) via Microsoft Teams. The data set(s) shall be provided by the contractor directly or via data files accessed through a web-based database that shall be downloaded and saved to a Federal Government server.� Vendors will be scheduled for 100% virtual sessions on a first come first serve basis for 45 minute time slots. At the Industry Day event, vendors may provide an example of a report or data set based on the dummy data included in the spreadsheet attachment or they may use the shared screen feature and walk EEOC through how they would create the report. After the Industry Day, posted responses to questions will not include proprietary information. Please respond via email if you plan to attend on or before January 12, 2023, 12:00 PM (EST), along with the number of people in your group. Questions will be received and accepted during the virtual industry day and posted on SAM.gov no later than 20 days after the event. �
