The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to revise the title, quantity, and Commodity Name of CLIN 0014: From: Title: CLIN 0014 FIRST ARTICLE TEST - NOT SEPRATELY PRICED Quantity: 6EA COMMODITY NAME: FIRST ARTICLE TEST REPORT To: Title: CLIN 0014 FIRST ARTICLE TEST & REPORT - NSP Quantity: 1EA COMMODITY NAME: FIRST ARTICLE TEST & REPORT 2. As a result, FAR 52.211-8 TIME OF DELIVERY clause is revised to include CLIN 0014 and First Article Test and Report information. 3. Except as specifically provided in this amendment, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation�FAN,CENTRIFUGAL. Access to the TDP is restricted, requiring vendors to submit a request for access in SAM.gov. Access will be granted pending verification of the contractor's active registration in JCP. Section A, narrative A.04 DISTRIBUTION AND DESTRUCTION OF EXPORT CONTROL TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE includes more information. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (sara.a.rice3.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-22-Q-0025 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
