- �Synopsis for W56HZV-23-Q-0031 � Eye, Adjusting, Single Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price (FFP), One-time buy contract.� This action will be sole sourced to Pearson Engineering Limited.� This action will be noncompetitive, sole source for the following item: NSN: 2590-99-584-6405 Part Number: ER8612 Noun: Eye, Adjusting, Single Quantity: 6 EA NAICS Code: 336992 Unit of Issue: Each Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Level of Preservation/Level of Packaging: Military/B The solicitation, W56HZV-22-Q-0031, is anticipated for release in four to six weeks and will contain the required technical information and a specific due date and time. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list.
