- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation date and to identify another site visit. The site visit will occur at 0800 am at NSWC Seal Beach on Monday 6 February 2023.� Coordination to attend the site visit must be made by 430pm� 30 Jan 2023 with the�point of contact for this solicitation.� Vendors must have attended either the 1st site visit or this upcoming site visit for their quotes to be reviewed.� All other terms and conditions remain the same. The purpose of this amendment is to add clause�52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside.� All other terms and conditions remain the same. This is a solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. � This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section L and section M of the Solicitation. A site visit� on 25 Jan 2023 is required to submit a quote.� To attend the site visit, please contact graham.m.conlon.civ@us.navy.mil by 4pm PST on 22 January 2023. � Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Quotes are due no later than the response date in the posting. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word Format to graham.m.conlon.civ@us.navy.mil � Any amendment(s) issued to this Request For Quote (RFQ) will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. No telephone requests. All requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, cage code, Tax ID number, Business size, county and DUNS number.
