- Pre-Solicitation Notice for notice of intent to solicit for the requirement listed below. Network Contracting Office 1 will be soliciting for offers for urgent and non-urgent ALS/BLS Ambulance Transport Services for VA Bedford Healthcare System (BHS). Solicitation 36C24123R0069_1 will be issued on or around February 14, 2023. The anticipated award date is July 1, 2023 for a period of one year with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be honored. The Government is not responsible to make paper copies available. Questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist no later than February 14, 2023. Verbal questions will not be addressed. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking SAM.gov | Home for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the offer period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This acquisition will be solicited utilizing full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation procedures. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621910.
