Description

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS/ICE) is issuing a competitive RFP as a small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517121 Telecommunication Resellers, and the small business standard in number of employees is 1,500. DHS/ICE intends to award a single contract from this solicitation for commercial items under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) using the source selection procedures of FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation). This solicitation intends to establish a Fixed Firm Unit Price. The contractor shall maintain an approved accounting system to permit timely and accurate development of all necessary cost data in the format required by the proposed contract type.
