- Description
- Offerors must�be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor�standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials,�equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and perform the refuse�collection and disposal service at FLCY Hachinohe Fuel Terminal, Japan in�accordance with the Statement of Work. At the Government�s direction, option periods may be exercised.� The proposed contract shall not exceed one (1) base year plus four (4) option year periods as follows: CLIN 0001, Base Year Period: 1 Aug 2022 through 31 Jul 2023 CLIN 0002, First Option Period: 1 Aug 2023 through 31 Jul 2024 CLIN 0003, Second Option Period: 1 Aug 2024 through 31 Jul 2025 CLIN 0004, Third Option Period: 1 Aug 2025 through 31 Jul 2026 CLIN 0005, Forth Option Period: 1 Aug 2026 through 31 Jul 2027 ATTACHMENT RELEASE ATTACHMENT 1 & 2 � Statement of Work and Location Map will be made available to quoters upon request via�SAM. Point of Contact (POC) for inquiries is Shigenori Wada via email shigenori.wada.ja@fe.navy.mil. PRE-QUOTE CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT INFORMATION a. The pre-quote confence and site survey shall be held at 09:00 AM on 1 Jun 2022 at the Pump Station 1, FLCY�Hachinohe Fuel Terminal, Japan. b.
