Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a) (13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-22-Q-0003 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO PROCUREMENT- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Contract. CLIN 0001 � BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO � Amplifier Research. � QTY 1 RF Power Amplifier � Solid State, 100 W CW, 100 kHz - 1000 MHz, IAW Salient Characteristics. CLIN 0002 � BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO � Amplifier Research. � QTY 1 Dual Directional Coupler 10 kHz - 1000 MHz, 500 W, IAW Salient Characteristics. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
