This solicitation number will be deactivated Update to this Notice 31 August 2021: Regretfully, USACE has encountered some significant administrative delays.� We are hopeful these hurdles are behind us and expect the solicitation to be issued by the end of September.� Please continue to monitor SAM for the most current information. NOTICE: THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT PROPOSALS TO THIS NOTICE. DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), through its Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM), intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for various construction activities, including but not limited to design-build, design-bid-build, site-adapt-construction, and repair and renovation on military bases throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is the Government's intent to make multiple awards under a single solicitation in accordance with FAR 16.504(c). PROJECT SCOPE: Projects may include but are not limited facilities infrastructure, utilities infrastructure, pavements (runways and roads), administrative buildings, warehouses, operations facilities, administrative/headquarters facilities, command and control facilities, communications centers, fire stations. Military living quarters, medical facility (clinic/hospital), power plants, covered parking, security fencing, entry control points, site work, and demolition, which may be located within secured areas."" PROJECT MAGNITUDE: The total capacity is $449,000,000. Task orders issued off this MATOC are anticipated to be between $7,000,000 and $100,000,000. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance is a two-year base period and five 12-month option periods. PROPOSAL PERIOD: The solicitation is schedule for release around early to mid July 2021. The proposals will be due early to mid-August 2021. Contract award is expected on or about Dec 2021. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS: This will be an electronically issued solicitation. REGISTRATION/SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Offerors must have and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM to be eligible for Government contract award. If the offeror is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity must have valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. If at the time of award an offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective offeror.
