- The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) has a need for unarmed security guard services. The Contractor shall provide 10 (ten) uniformed and unarmed level I security guards to augment CAVHS police services at the Fort Roots campus and at the John L. McClellan Medical Center: 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide seven (7) uniformed and unarmed level I security guards, whom will each be posted at seven Community-Based Out-patient Clinics (CBOCs) located at Pine Bluff CBOC, 2906 Market Street, Pine Bluff, AR 72601; Conway CBOC, 1520 Dave Ward Drive, Conway, AR 72032; Searcy CBOC, 1120 S. Main Street, Searcy, AR 72143; Russellville CBOC, 3106 W. 2nd Court, Russellville, AR 72801; El Dorado CBOC, 1702 N. West Avenue, El Dorado, AR 71730; Mena CBOC, 300 S. Morrow Road, Mena, AR 71953; and Hot Springs CBOC, 177 Sawtooth Oak, Hot Springs, AR 71901. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide uniformed and unarmed level I security guards in complete and strict accordance with the resultant contract. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about October 25, 2021, which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 561612. All interested parties must be registered as an SDVOSB in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov as of the date your quote is received and the date of award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov as of the date of award. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. No pricing is being requested at this time.
