- This is a Pre-solicitation Notice for a contracted Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for primary care services for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) to be located in Copperas Cove, TX. It is the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs to issue a solicitation set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for contracted CBOC services to be provided in a private hospital, office or clinic environment to veterans, primarily residing in Copperas Cove, Texas.
