- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No.:� 19GE5022Q0001 The U.S. Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for: Supply and delivery of Digital Examination Equipment for the U.S. Embassy Yerevan, Armenia as described below, to be awarded during the last quarter of calendar year 2021. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) would like to purchase Digital Examination Equipment for the US Embassy Yerevan, Armenia. The equipment will include but not limited to 3.5� HARD DRIVE DISK (HDD) SATA (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL), NETWORK ATTACHED SERVER ""QNAP TS-1683XU-RP-E2124-16G"" (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL), HARDWARE-SOFTWARE SOLUTION TO RECOVER DIGITAL EVIDENCE PC-3000 Portable III SSD (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL) and other equipments�that will be specified in the Request for Quotation. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. It is the offeror�s responsibility to prove that the equipment it is offering meets the requested specifications. This is a brand name or equal acquisition for Digital Examination Equipment. Companies interested in the solicitation should express their interest by written correspondence, no later than�10/21/2021, at the following email address (gallonea@state.gov) and�MUST�include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone, Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm.
