- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command � Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC) at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to issue a competitive 100% small business set-aside Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of multiple five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Fire Control Systems & Technology (FCS&T) engineering, technical, and logistical services and support. A Sources Sought Notice (SSN), W15QKN-20-X-0BG9, was issued on beta.sam.gov from 5 May 2020 to 5 June 2020. The applicable NAICS for this effort is 541330 - Engineering Services and the PSC code is AC13. The anticipated total maximum ceiling value of all contracts awarded is $149.1 million. The highest Distribution Level for this solicitation/contract is Distribution Statement D. Clarification:�The Government intends to award firm fixed price contracts with travel as cost reimbursable (no fee).� Therefore, a pre-award financial and accounting system review from DCMA is required to be considered eligible for award, and the contractor�s system must be deemed adequate for determining cost applicable to the contract/orders.
