- Description
- The Great Plains Area Office intends to award a sole-source award with LaCreek Development Corporation to move, set up, and install a FEMA Trailer on-site at the Wanblee Health Center. Wanblee, South Dakota. The trailer will require water, sewer, electricity and data connections, gravel base, tie down, skirting and a shower.� The acquisition is required to provide a base operation center for the recently acquired Ambulance service with space for on-call personnel to rest and prepare for emergency calls.� This acquisition is an emergency as there is currently no base operation center at Wanblee Health Center nor is there space available to create one within the facility. See additional information in the attached JOFOC. The resultant contract award Period of Performance shall be 60 days from Date of Award. Attached is the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency).
