- FLETC's training management system, the Student Administration & Scheduling System (SASS) is a critical program that is fully integrated into FLETC's training of federal law enforcement officers. The system handles registration,intake of students, distribution of uniforms, scheduling, meals, and is a financial system. Extensive market research included 2 Requests for Information a Virtual Industry day which included several follow up question and answer sessions and culminated with several vendor demonstrations.�Based on the market research it was determined that there were not any products readily available that could fully manage the FLETC training management needs, specifically SASS is a financial system and has to meet auditing standards accordingly.�
