- DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall renovate a series of restrooms on the Bay Pines VAMC campus per the provided design documents and specifications. Project No./Title: 516-19-104 Renovate Station Restrooms Work Location: C.W. Bill Young Medical Center, located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, Florida. Estimated Target Completion Period: 210 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) Magnitude of this project: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (Size Standard is $39.5M) Product Service Code Z2DA This solicitation will use the trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 13, 2021. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov. At the time of proposal submission, contractors must have current registration/certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.
