- The Strategic Systems Programs awarded a follow-on contract to EMCUBE, Incorporated, of Alexandria VA, to provide highly specialized engineering and program management services supporting Trident II facility operations, D5 and D5 LE missile production and operational planning, D5 LE-2 missile technologies, and flight test support efforts.� This effort requires in-depth and direct knowledge of the Fleet Ballistic Missile and D5 Life Extension components. The contract contains a base year effort for FY22 and a total of four (4) options years for FY23, FY24, FY25, and FY26. EMCUBE, Inc. is the only known source with the direct critical experience, expertise, personnel, and in-depth knowledge of the TRIDENT program required to perform the subject effort. This notice is posted in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.301.� This NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.�
