- Description
- This solicitation is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside. The solicitationis for benches to be delivered to Defense Commissary Agency commissaries located in CONUS(continental United states), OCONUS (Overseas), Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. However, for OCONUS locations, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii the contractor would only beresponsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port. Only one Firm-FixedPrice contract is contemplated. The RFP will be posted on FedBizOpps at https://beta.sam.gov/. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The FSC is 7110, the business size is 500 employees, andthe NAICS Code is 337127 for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which willbe considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation to include listing NAICS Code 337127 inthe database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
