- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the item(s) listed below for delivery to the Leavenworth CMOP. LINE ITEM PART # DESCRIPTION PKG QTY UNIT OF MEASURE 1 290455 INTRALOX SERIES 800 FLAT TOP POLYPROPYLENE BELT 1 1 EACH The Product Code for this procurement is 6515 (Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies) and the NAICS code for this solicitation is 326220 (Rubber and Plastics Hoses and Belting Manufacturing). All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Please submit quote package via email to: renee.kreutzer@va.gov.
