- GSA is seeking to award An Open Market-BPA (OM-BPA) for one (1) NSN.� The performance period of the OM-BPA will be for 2-years with annual reviews.� Vendors will be required to submit a completed solicitation package to include the required supplemental documentation.� Failure to provide this information may result in your quotation being considered non-compliant and may not receive further consideration for award.� This solicitation is for the procurement of�HEADLAMP, National Stock Number (NSN) 6230-01-615-6035, under a 2-year OM-BPA�not to exceed a $249,999.�Quoters�MUST�meet the conditions of the solicitation and the items�MUST�meet the specifications included in the Item Purchase Description (IPD).��This award will serve as an Open Market-BPA.��This procurement is�NOT�set-a side for small business. *************AMENDMENT 001************** This request is amended to extend the closing date until Monday, September 27, 2021, by 6 pm, ET. Completed RFQ and amendment, with signature/date, and required supplemental documentation must be submitted. � All other terms and conditions remain the same.
