- *** AMENDMENT 2 is issued today 09/20/2021 to provide additional information and extend closing date to 09/24/2021 Friday 2PM PST. *** AMENDMENT 1 has been issued today, 09/14/2021 to remove DoD Safe language and include posting of restricted drawings and replace it with sam.gov drawing restricted access. The secured�drawings can only accessed if you have an active JCP certification, and once� you have submittted� DD2345 through melissa.d.remigio@navy.mil. Upon review and verification of info,approval� access will be granted. THERE ARE REQUIRED CLAUSE MARK?UP WITHIN THE N0025321Q0204�solicitation package. Below is a Clause Mark?up Example: 52.204?24 (REPRESENTATION REGARDING CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS) from the SF?1449. There are statements 1 and 2 that must be marked X on appropriate places [� ] or simply put YES OR NO after the statement : (1) It [ ] will, [ X ] will not provide covered telecommunications equipment or services to the Government���.
