- The curriculum shall be evidence-based and culturally appropriate for American Indian and Alaska Native communities. The contractor shall provide Patient Care Component (PCC) training for Community Health Representatives (CHR),� that support the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) CHR PCC system. Contractor will need to conduct quarterly assessments of which Areas are requesting the training and provide culturally-appropriate technical assistance.
