- Attached is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N4523A21Q1335 is a Request for Proposal (RFP). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07 dated 10 September 2021, and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 30 August 2021. This acquisition is solicited full and open competition without exclusions and only qualified offerors, as defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 2.101, may submit a proposal. The associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 811310, with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 million in average annual receipts.
