Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) � Coastal and Hydraulics Laboratory (CHL) intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract with Northeastern University (CAGE - 9A140), 471 Snell Engineering Center, 360 Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02115 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR subpart 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source, for the development of a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for CSHORE-VEG using Jupyter Notebook. The applicable NAICS code is 541330 with a SBA size standard of $16.5M. The anticipated award date is 30 Sep 2021. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses received by 10am CST on 22 Sep 2021 will be considered by the Government.� All information submitted should support the offeror�s capability to provide the items/service required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror�s capability to provide these services/supplies.
