- This is a SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT AWARD. This synopsis is to announce award of contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office located at 700 Robbins Ave, Philadelphia, PA 1911, awarded contract number N0018921CZ095 to NOVACES, LLC. of New Orleans, LA in the total FFP amount of $32,670,929.98 on 17 September 2021. The award, to provide Lean Six Sigma Support Services to the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery was awarded as a result of a small business set aside under FAR Part 15. Services under this awarded contract commence on 01 October 2021. The contract includes a base 12-month period of performance with four (4) 12- month option periods with an additional option for a six-month period pursuant to FAR 52.217-8.
