Description
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice (SSN) being issued by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office on behalf of Naval Supply Systems Command, Naval Criminal Investigation Service (NCIS) in Quantico, VA. NCIS has a requirement for Augury, manufactured by Argonne Ridge Group. Augury is a tool that offers web-based access to an online repository of petabytes of current and historical network data to include DNS, NMAP scans, Pastebin archives, Botnet data, IMAP, POP, and STMP pcap data, RDP/FTP pcap data, and x509 Certs. The network data includes data from hundreds of worldwide collection points, to include collection providers in Europe, the Middle East, North/South America, Africa and Asia, and is updated with at least 100 billion new records each day. All IP addresses are geo-located with its domain and IP address ownership identified. Augury offers mapping IPv4 IP addresses to BGP prefixes and ASNs based on feeds from at least fifty BGP peers updated hourly. The tool provides the ability to identify a specific IP, an ASN (or ASNs), or an entire country to evaluate what routes have been announced or withdrawn, and by whom. Results can be exportable in JSON, Excel, XML, and CSV file formats. Augury offers the ability to identify compromised devices and botnet families based on network scanning activity and track malware infestations. Data available includes: - DNS history (forward and reverse) - Operating system fingerprinting - IRC keyword analysis - NMAP scans - Pastebin archived data - Banners on networked devices - Beaconing activity - Cookie usage - UserAgent data - Extracted file information - IMAP/POP/SMTP pcap data - RDP/FTP pcap data - URLs accessed - x509 Certs The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541511. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC)/Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 7A20. Firms possessing the product capable of meeting the Governments requirement stated here are invited to respond to this RFI/SSN with a capability statement. Submissions are not to exceed three (3) typewritten pages in no less than 12 font size. All comments/ideas will be considered, although any questions/comments/ideas will not be responded to directly. The goal of such feedback is to consider suggestions that might enhance competition, improve the clarity of the requirement, or leverage industry expertise. The submission should include the following information and reference N00189-21-R-Z034. 1. Company name, address, and point of contact with corresponding phone number and e-mail address 2. DUNS number, Cage Code, business size and classification � NOTE: Also, identify if your organization is registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and currently active. 3. Capability statement demonstrating your company�s ability to meet the minimum requirements of the Government stated here. This is NOT a notice of solicitation. This RFI/SSN does not constitute an RFQ, nor does its issuance restrict the Government�s acquisition approach. The information received may be utilized in the development of a final Request for Quote (RFQ). Responses to this RFI/SSN should be submitted to NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office � Coleen Johnson, via email at coleen.johnson@navy.mil. Responses should be submitted no later than 9:00 a.m. (EST) on 19 January 2021. No facsimile, hardcopy, mailed or hand carried responses will be accepted. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with the Contractor preparing or submitting a response to this notice nor will the Government return any submissions provided in response. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the Beta Sam website (www.beta.sam.gov) or the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (www.neco.navy.mil) for updates to this RFI/SSN.
