- THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY Joint Base Charleston - Charleston AFB has a requirement for a Deployable Automated Cargo Measurement System (DACMS). Please respond if you can provide the exact specifications below: Two (2) Each with two (2) days of training:� Weigh-in-motion and profiling system Weigh-in-motion scale and leveling pads, lasers, junction box Weigh-in-motion and profiling CPU with software, cabling, wireless wheel load scales, transport cart Designed to weigh and measure cargo and rolling stock (vehicles) Able to be loaded on a 463L Master Pallet used for air transportation Able to calculate Center of Balance and accurately outputs data into fielded logistics information technology compatible formats in real time Able to record a vehicle�s length, width, height, weight, number of axles Training on system use
