- Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, on behalf of the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, Wichita, Kansas Requests for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought NCO 15 is performing market research related to On-Site (within the above VA Medical Center facility) sleep study and scoring by registered polysomnographic technicians, including scoring of home sleep studies upon return of those devices to the VA Medical Center. NCO 15 seeks information about potential sources that can perform the service, in the location above, AND are businesses listed in the Vendor Information Pages, www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or as a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), and potential sources that can perform the service, in the location above, that are Small Businesses other than SDVOSB or VOSB.
