- Sources Sought: Facility 841 on Dover Air Force Base is a mechanical room and bathroom facility that houses the mechanical equipment supporting the base 224,400 gallon swimming pool/water slide operation as well as the splash park. The Performance Work Statement attached�will describe what work is required for the annual season opening and closing of the swimming pool/water slide and splash park that pertains to the mechanical equipment for chlorination and water circulation as well as chemical balancing of the water.� Additionally, the contractor shall repair and or replace any mechanical equipment and appurtenances that affect the swimming pool/water slide and splash park water quality and operation as designed, in time for seasonal opening.�� Start up date: 1�April 2021
