- NSN: 1560-00-686-2018; Fireseal, Aircraft; WSIC: T; IQC: 1000111298; Issue Date: 1/29/2021; Closing Date: 2/28/2021 This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 5-year base period.� This procurement will have a 100% small business set aside.� Certified Cost and Pricing Data is not required.� EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments are authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item, but not a critical safety item.� Government First Article Testing is required. The Supplier Performance Risk System applies. �Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 1/29/2021 with a closing date on 2/28/2021.
